            Do I need my own iron?

            Any household iron works — just use the ironing paper we include so the beads don’t stick. If you’d rather not use a full-size iron, the Bead Tool Kit comes with a mini craft iron made for this.

            What age is this for?

            Recommended for ages 6 and up, with an adult handling the ironing step. Not suitable for children under 3 — small parts.

            Are the beads safe?

            Our beads are LDPE, the standard material for fuse beads, with pigment running through the bead rather than painted on the surface. See our Safety & Materials page for the full breakdown.

            How long does shipping take?

            Orders leave the workshop within 24 hours. US, Canada, UK and Australia arrive in 7–12 business days; Europe in 8–15. Full details on our Shipping Policy page.

            Where do you ship?

            We ship to the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and 29 European countries. Standard shipping is free on orders over $50 — Europe adds a flat €5 customs charge.

            Are patterns included?

            Every kit includes a starter pattern booklet with 20 designs. The separate 50 Pattern Pack is a digital download if you want more.
